During the February 2021 blizzard, lots of Austin residents found themselves with no water for days. Using our supplier and logistics contacts, we managed to get 17 pallets of bottled water to distribute to the community. As the facility was 100% WFH during Covid-19, I single handedly took care of unloading, preparing and distributing the load.
