Task Tracking system

Selected, implemented, deployed and trained the teams on using an open-source, server-based workload management system.

Phone System

Managed the company’s phone system, from set up, hunt to ring rules, forwarding, backups, and training staff on the the associated software/hardware.

Designed several icons sets to reflect accessibility, minimalism and fun.

Brand Identity

Proposed a brand refresh to reflect a softer and more modern approach to staffing, while allowing the UI to be more accessible, friendly and mobile/screen-reader responsive.

Swag

Designed and launched new swag catalog for new hires, internal staff, clients and external events.

Social Media

Created thoughtful social media calendars and posts on Instagram, Facebook and X to promote vacation rentals. Generated engagement, sales and grew the channels to 10K+ following in 4 months.

Photography

While traveling, I enjoy producing closeups and portraits to feature textures and colors. My shots are usually processed on Photoshop or Lightroom.

Shot products for small local businesses to promote their goods and increase their brand visibility and customer base.

This case study was prepared during the interview process for a global marketing company. I showcased my marketing/branding and communication skills in a 50-page slide deck, where I provided a thorough analysis on their US expansion forecast for growth over the NORAM and LATAM regions.

Travel Planning

Whether for my personal trips or when serving clients, I always make sure to research and plan activities for everyone to enjoy, with options to allow for quick changes depending on weather, budget etc. I also love to experience “living like a local” as much as possible and prioritize experiences over super touristy things.

Manuals

Created knowledge bases for all new software and properties, in order to document and share historic details, repairs, costs and tips. These include codes, parts, helpful contacts, maintenance programs etc.

Corporate Events

Organized internal and external corporate events, from company lunches to EOY parties. These events for up to 1400+ guests included invitations design/mass emailing, catering selection/booking, location scouting, speaker arrangements/coordination, budgets, logistics, and post-event feedback.

Travis Heights

This house built in the 50’s has seen a lot of Austin’s changes! 1,800 sq/ft of charming, rustic and cozy old stones, with a pool and spa overlooking the Travis Heights creek.

The Provident

Built in 1887 downtown Austin, this industrial, historic, and dripping in cool building will allow you to soak up the nostalgia with exposed brick, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Graeber

If these walls could talk, they couldn’t tell you everyone who’s partied here, but they would tell you the story of how this place came to be. The Graeber is a hidden architectural gem right in the heart of the legendary 6th Street entertainment district in Austin.

The Bloomhouse

This magical work of art is part Willy Wonka, part Big Lebowski, and totally unlike anywhere else. Do it for the ‘gram, but also for your soul. Take a vacation from the real world of right angles and ticky tacky boxes. Situated on a secluded lot and wonderfully restored, The Bloomhouse is a celebration of all things magical and mystical.

Arrive Logistics HQ

Arrive Logistics offers a 200,000 sq/ft facility in Austin as well as some other ones across the US. This warehouse was converted into a call center and private offices, play room and gigantic kitchens and hosts 1,400+ employees.
